AAU and the Association of Jordan honoring the high school students

 

Under the patronage of Al Ain University and in collaboration with the Association of Jordan, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized a special celebration to honor the twelfth-grade students of the Association in the university’s campus at Al Ain, in the presence of Prof. Ghaleb El Refae –AAU President, Dr. Ibtehal Aburezeq –Dean of Student Affairs, Mr. Ahmad Faleh Al Jbour –Head of the Association of Jordan, representatives from the association, twelfth-grade students and their parents and number of the AAU administrative staff.

Dr. Aburezeq started the ceremony with appreciation words by welcoming the guests, congratulated the students and their parents on this success, encouraged them to continue their diligence and to think carefully about choosing the university’s major which suits their desires and meets the labor market.

This celebration comes in the framework of the Association of Jordan to encourage its students and to excel by honoring the outstanding ones, in addition to strength the bonds of love and brotherhood among the members of the Jordanian community. It also comes in line with the AAU’s keenness, to support students and encourage them to continue educational attainment and strengthen cooperation relations with local and external institutions, to achieve the university's strategy to develop interaction with the community.

For his part, Prof. El Refae encouraged students to continue diligence, stressing on the readiness of Al Ain University to receive them and meet all their ambitions through the various programs offered by the University, which meet the needs of the labor market, He also stressed on the University's keenness to take care of all Jordanian students and provide all necessary support to them in preparing educated students and a conscious generation, and wished the students more success in their scientific and practical life.

At the end of the celebration, the students were honored by presenting honoring certificates and gifts.
