A workshop entitled “Public Speaking Skills”
Under the patronage of the Youth Council of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan's Institutions, the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University (Abu Dhabi campus) organized a workshop entitled "Public Speaking Skills," presented by the student Fatima Al Hammadi, a certified trainer.
The event included an introduction to the concept of public speaking, as well as a detailed explanation of social anxiety and the fear of speaking in front of an audience. The workshop involved a review and analysis of successful personalities in public speaking, in addition to showcasing some techniques to master public speaking.
It is worth mentioning that the students' engagement was notable during the workshop, as they actively participated in some vocal exercises and read texts in front of the audience to overcome the barrier of fear and apprehension.
