Requirements for Elections Campaign Materials
- The size of the printed material containing the candidate's program must not exceed (A3) paper size.
- The size of the printed material displaying the Candidate’s Photo must not exceed (A4) paper size.
- Roll-up banners can be used with the Candidate’s Photo not exceeding (A4) paper size.
- Election-specific Business Cards can be used.
- Campaign materials must not bear any political or religious connotations.
- Campaign materials must be endorsed and stamped by the Administrative Unit and the Dean of Student Affairs.
- Campaign materials should only be placed on advertisement boards in the candidate's college and the Dean of Student Affairs.
- Campaign materials should not be placed on the walls of buildings inside or outside the university premises.
- Campaign materials should not be placed within the college in halls, labs, on doors, or windows.
- Adherence to displaying materials by hanging or using stands is required.
- The university reserves the right to remove any campaign materials that violate the guidelines regarding their conditions and locations of placement.
