Student Affairs Deanship list

The “Student Affairs Deanship list” is one of the outstanding initiatives aimed at supporting and showcasing students' creativity beyond the scope of academic studies. This list is dedicated to students who excel in extracurricular activities such as recreational, cultural, sports, volunteer, health-related, and other activities. These participations reflect their passion and dedication to developing their skills, talents, and community.

 

 

 

Conditions

- Maintain the status of “regular” in the transcript.
- Participate in at least (10) activities per semester organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs.

-  Good conduct and behavior (Not to have received any penalties or disciplinary warnings in the last two semesters).

-Submit the application to the Deanship of Student Affairs during the announced period (September 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025).

 

 

 

 

 

Criteria and Standards to get the list

  

- Fulfilling the requirements of the “Student Affairs Deanship list”.

- Adherence to the Deanship of Student Affairs instructions.

- Actively participating in student activities.

- Initiating and creating new activities.

- Creativity and innovation in student activities.

- Volunteering in the Deanship of Student Affairs events.

- Engaging in diverse activities.

- Being prepared, cooperative, and working effectively in teams.

- Showing respect to others during activities.

- Exhibiting leadership skills.

- Maintaining consistent participation.

- Joining student clubs.

- Attracting new students to participate in activities.

- Utilizing social media platforms effectively.

-Supporting community events and initiatives.

-The student’s name will appear on the “Student Affairs Deanship List” for the entire academic year.
