Training Course for the 2015 Abu Dhabi Science Festival Guides
The Deanship Student Affairs at Al-Ain University of Science and Technology, based in Abu Dhabi, and in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Technology Development Committee, organized a TDC training course for university students on how to be science advisors under the patronage of his Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Education Council.
The festival is from November 12 to November 21.
The training course includes scientific guidance and a range of scientific experiments that are designed to promote self-confidence and communication skills to inspire new generations that can anticipate the future.
The trainers focus on providing science and technology as a great way to increase students ' understanding and explain its benefits in their daily lives and encourage them to seek for prospective work in science-based careers.
The training course was attended by a large number of students from the College of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, the Business and Law colleges as well.
